ATRKC holds three marine aquaculture sites (total 406ha) in southern Primorye, cultivating scallops and sea cucumbers using both pasture and suspended (industrial) methods.

Annually, 5-6 million juvenile scallops/sea cucumbers are seeded—both self-collected and purchased. The company has a coastal base with nursery facilities and small vessels for farm maintenance.

Plans include building a juvenile sea cucumber hatchery in Khasansky District.

2023 harvest targets: 20t sea cucumber, 35t scallop. 2024: 20t sea cucumber, 78t scallop, scaling to 30t/180t respectively in subsequent years.

All products comply with veterinary standards, documented via FGIS "MERCURY", with full testing. Sold live domestically/exported, or contract-processed into dried sea cucumber, supplements, and candies.
